Easy Air Fryer Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes (about 7-9 oz each)
02 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to your preference)
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (or cooking spray as alternative)

# Instructions:

01 - Give your potatoes a good scrub under cold running water to remove any dirt. Pat them completely dry with a clean kitchen towel - this helps achieve that perfect crispy skin.
02 - Using a fork, pierce each potato 4-5 times all around - this prevents them from bursting while cooking. Rub the olive oil evenly over each potato, then sprinkle with sea salt, making sure to coat all sides. Place them in your air fryer basket.
03 - For basket-style air fryers, cook at 400°F. For toaster-style models, use 375°F. Cook for 35-45 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through. The exact time depends on potato size - they're done when a knife slides through easily. Carefully remove with tongs and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Cooking times vary by potato size: 7 oz potatoes need about 35 minutes, 8 oz potatoes require 40 minutes, and 9 oz or larger potatoes take 45-50 minutes.
02 - Store leftover cooled potatoes in the refrigerator for 3-5 days, or wrap individually and freeze for up to 3 months.
03 - To reheat, place cold or frozen potatoes back in the air fryer at 400°F until heated through. Microwaving works too, but you'll lose that wonderful crispy skin texture.
