Quick Air Fryer Cabbage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound green cabbage
02 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon mustard
04 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Take your sharp knife and slice the cabbage into four thick wedges, about an inch each. Save any leftover cabbage for another meal. Arrange the wedges in your air fryer basket so they're not overlapping.
02 - Grab a small bowl and whisk together the olive oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until everything's nicely combined.
03 - Using a brush or the back of a spoon, coat both sides of each cabbage wedge generously with your seasoning mixture.
04 - Pop the basket into your air fryer without preheating and set it to 375°F. Let the cabbage cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges turn crispy and golden while the center becomes nice and tender. Timing can vary depending on your specific air fryer model, so keep an eye on them.

# Notes:

01 - One pound of cabbage is roughly half of a medium-sized head. If you don't have a kitchen scale, just cut four wedges that are each about an inch thick.
02 - If you're working with a smaller air fryer, you might need to cook the wedges in two batches to avoid overcrowding.
03 - These cabbage wedges are fantastic on their own, but feel free to sprinkle some fresh parsley, cilantro, or dill on top before serving.
04 - This dish works beautifully alongside grains, fresh salads, your favorite protein, or other roasted vegetables.
