Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).

While the air fryer preheats, peel your bananas and slice them lengthways down the middle.

Melt the butter in a small bowl using a microwave or in a saucepan over low heat.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.

Place the banana halves on a piece of foil with several holes poked in it, shaped to fit in your air fryer basket.

Using a pastry brush, gently coat the cut surfaces of the bananas with the melted butter.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered bananas.

Carefully lift the foil with the prepared bananas and place in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-9 minutes without flipping. For more caramelization, add another 2-3 minutes of cooking time.

When your bananas are beautifully caramelized, remove them from the air fryer and allow them to cool for 1-2 minutes.
