# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2-3 medium chicken breasts (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces
02 - Fresh broccoli florets (about 2 cups), cut into bite-sized pieces
03 - Fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced

→ Sauce & Seasonings

04 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
05 - 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
06 - 1 teaspoon honey
07 - 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
08 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon cooking oil (peanut, vegetable, or canola)

# Instructions:

01 - Get your air fryer nice and hot by preheating it to 400°F (205°C).
02 - In a large bowl, combine your chicken pieces, broccoli florets, and sliced mushrooms. Add all the seasonings and toss everything together until well coated.
03 - Transfer everything to your preheated air fryer basket. Cook for about 10 minutes, giving everything a good flip halfway through. You'll know it's ready when the chicken has some nice charred spots.

# Notes:

01 - To avoid steaming instead of browning, cook in batches if your air fryer basket is on the smaller side.
02 - Want extra sauce? Double the marinade ingredients, mix half with water and cornstarch, then simmer until thick.
