Crispy Air Fryer Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wing Preparation

01 - 1 pound chicken wings, split into flats and drummettes
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt (or to taste)
04 - 1 teaspoon lemon pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Take your chicken wings and thoroughly pat them dry using paper towels. Place them in a mixing bowl, ready for seasoning.
02 - Drizzle the wings with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper, then give everything a good toss until the wings are evenly coated with all the seasonings.
03 - Arrange the wings in your air fryer basket, making sure they're not overcrowded. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, then flip them over and cook for another 8 minutes until they're beautifully crispy and golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - If you're a fan of extra-salty wings, use 1½ teaspoons of garlic salt. You can also make your own by mixing ¾ teaspoon salt with ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
02 - For larger batches, cook in multiple rounds if your air fryer is small. With a large air fryer, you can double the recipe and cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway.
