Air Fryer Crab Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound imitation crab legs
02 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
03 - Cajun or Creole seasoning, to your liking
04 - Garlic butter dipping sauce for serving (if desired)

# Instructions:

01 - Slice your imitation crab legs into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch each. You can also tear them into strips if that's easier for you.
02 - Grab a medium-sized bowl and toss together the crab pieces, melted butter, and your Cajun seasoning. Mix everything until the crab is nicely coated.
03 - Place the seasoned crab in your air fryer basket - work in batches if needed so they're not overcrowded. Cook at 380°F for 8 minutes, give the basket a good shake, then cook another 8 minutes until they're as crispy as you like them.
04 - Transfer to a serving plate right away while they're hot and crispy. Serve alongside that garlic butter sauce for dipping if you're feeling fancy.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to experiment with different seasonings and dipping sauces to make this recipe your own.
02 - If you find it easier, you can tear the crab legs into strips rather than cutting them into segments.
