Quick Air Fryer Side (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound radishes
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
04 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Give your radishes a good rinse under cold water, scrubbing away any dirt you find. Trim off the ends and cut away any dark or blemished spots. Use a paper towel to pat them completely dry.
02 - Slice each radish in half through the middle. If you've got some larger ones, go ahead and quarter those so everything cooks at the same pace.
03 - Grab a large mixing bowl and toss in your radishes. Drizzle the olive oil over them, then sprinkle on the oregano, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix everything together thoroughly so each piece gets nicely coated.
04 - Spread the radishes out in your air fryer basket in a single layer without crowding them. Set the temperature to 400°F and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until they're tender when pierced with a fork. About halfway through, give the basket a good shake to help them cook evenly on all sides.
05 - Once they're done, sprinkle some chopped fresh parsley on top if you like, and serve them up while they're hot.

# Notes:

01 - For the best results, avoid overlapping the radishes in the basket so they can get crispy rather than steaming. If your air fryer is on the smaller side, cook them in two separate batches.
02 - Your radishes should be fork-tender and nicely crisped up after 10 to 12 minutes. If they still have that sharp, peppery bite or you want them softer, just give them a few more minutes in the air fryer.
