Crispy Air Fryer Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound fresh sweet potatoes, washed and peeled
02 - 1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

→ Seasoning Blend

03 - ½ teaspoon fine sea salt (adjust to preference)
04 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and slice your sweet potatoes into evenly-sized strips, about ¼-inch thick. Keeping them uniform ensures they'll all cook at the same rate and get perfectly crispy.
02 - Place the cut fries in a large mixing bowl and drizzle the olive oil over them. Toss everything together until each piece is lightly coated with oil.
03 - Mix your salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle this seasoning blend over the oiled potatoes and toss well to distribute the spices evenly.
04 - Arrange the seasoned fries in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375°F for 12-14 minutes in a basket-style air fryer, or 350°F for 8-10 minutes in a toaster-style model. Give the basket a good shake halfway through cooking time. They're done when golden brown and crispy on the outside.
05 - Transfer to a serving plate immediately while they're hot and crispy. Garnish with fresh cilantro or grated parmesan cheese if you like, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftover fries in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container
02 - To freeze: spread cooled fries on a baking sheet, freeze until solid, then transfer to freezer bags
03 - Reheat frozen or refrigerated fries directly in the air fryer until heated through and crispy again
04 - Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your specific air fryer model and preferred crispiness level
