Air Fryer Sweet Potato (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 large sweet potato (any variety - orange, white, or purple works beautifully)
02 - 1 tablespoon high-quality extra virgin olive oil

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed between your fingers
04 - Sea salt to taste
05 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F if your model requires it. This ensures even cooking from the moment you add your sweet potatoes.
02 - Carefully peel your sweet potato using a vegetable peeler, then slice it into uniform 1-inch cubes. Keeping them the same size helps everything cook evenly.
03 - Toss the cubed sweet potato into a spacious mixing bowl and drizzle generously with olive oil. Sprinkle in the crushed rosemary along with a good pinch of salt and pepper, then mix everything together until each piece is nicely coated.
04 - Transfer the seasoned cubes to your air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for exactly 15 minutes. The edges should be golden and slightly crispy when done.
05 - Let the sweet potato cubes cool for just a minute or two, then taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately while they're still warm and crispy on the outside.

# Notes:

01 - These golden cubes make an incredibly versatile side dish that pairs wonderfully with just about any main course you can think of.
02 - Feel free to experiment with different seasonings - thyme, sage, or even a sprinkle of paprika work beautifully in place of rosemary.
03 - For extra flavor, you can add more salt and pepper after cooking if you find they need it.
