Start by heating your oven to 400 degrees. Take each strip of bacon and slice it in half crosswise so you have shorter pieces. Then wrap one bacon piece snugly around each little sausage.

Arrange all your wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with foil, making sure the seam where the bacon ends is facing down. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top. Pop them in the oven and bake without covering for about 30 to 40 minutes, until the bacon gets nice and crispy and the sausages are piping hot. Serve them up with some spicy ranch on the side if you're feeling it.
