Add olive oil to the same pot and heat over medium heat. Toss in the diced bell pepper and onion, cooking them until the pepper becomes tender and the onion turns translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Return the cooked beef to the pot and add the baked beans, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and hot sauce. Stir everything together until well combined, then season with salt and pepper to your liking.
