# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
02 - 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
03 - 1/2 cup pitted dates (about 6 large ones)
04 - 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
05 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
06 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
08 - 1/3 cup water (plus extra if needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Place the gluten-free oats, mashed banana, cinnamon, dried dates, almond butter, pecans, and vanilla protein powder in your food processor.
02 - Pulse about 7-9 times until everything is nicely blended and the oats reach an almost flour-like consistency.
03 - Slowly pour in the water while blending until the mixture begins to stick together. You might need more or less water depending on how your dough feels.
04 - Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls with your hands and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Enjoy immediately or keep fresh in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
