# Instructions:

01 - Start by peeling your fresh beetroot and dicing it into small, even pieces. Add these pieces directly to your high-speed blender.
02 - Add all the remaining ingredients to the blender with the diced beetroot. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, gradually adding more milk as needed to help everything blend properly.
