Creamy Chicken Spaghetti (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta & Protein

01 - 8 ounces angel hair pasta (half of a 16 ounce box)
02 - 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken

→ Sauce Components

03 - 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
04 - 1 cup salsa
05 - ½ cup sour cream
06 - 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning

→ Toppings

07 - 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, divided
08 - Dried parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Grab a 9x13-inch baking dish and give it a good spray with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Boil the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions (remember you're only using half a box). Once it's done, drain it thoroughly.
03 - Return the drained pasta to the pot. Add your cooked chicken chunks, cream of chicken soup, salsa, sour cream, half of the Mexican cheese blend, and taco seasoning. Stir everything together until well combined - this will take a few minutes to get everything evenly mixed.
04 - Pour this delicious mixture into your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Mexican cheese blend evenly over the top.
05 - Cover the dish with nonstick aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes until hot and bubbly. If desired, sprinkle some dried parsley on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - This creamy Chicken Spaghetti combines tender pasta and chicken with a flavorful, cheesy sauce for a comforting family meal.
02 - You can prepare this dish ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
