Juicy Turkey Burgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the turkey patties

01 - 1 pound of ground turkey (93% lean works great)
02 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
03 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
04 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
08 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil for cooking

→ Optional toppings and extras

09 - Sliced cheddar cheese
10 - Fresh tomato slices
11 - Sliced onion (raw or caramelized)
12 - Pickle slices
13 - Crisp lettuce leaves
14 - Ketchup, mustard, and mayo for spreading

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium-sized bowl and toss in your ground turkey along with the mayo, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Get your hands in there and mix everything together until it's well combined. Then divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into nice, even patties.
02 - Heat up your olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once it's nice and hot, add your patties to the pan. Let them cook for about 5 minutes on each side until they're beautifully golden brown and cooked all the way through. You want them juicy but fully done!
03 - Now comes the fun part! You can enjoy these turkey patties just as they are, or pile on your favorite toppings and condiments to create the ultimate burger. Add cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles, lettuce, and whatever else makes you happy. Some people even like to wrap them in lettuce for a low-carb option!

# Notes:

01 - If you have a non-stick skillet, this is a great time to use it! Since we're cooking at medium heat, it's perfectly safe and makes flipping the patties so much easier.
02 - These burgers are incredibly juicy thanks to the mayo and mustard mixed right into the meat. Don't skip those ingredients - they're the secret to keeping everything moist!
