Crispy griddle sweet potato fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 32 oz bag frozen sweet potato fries
02 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Fire up your Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat (around 350°F) and let it warm up completely.
02 - Pour the vegetable oil onto the hot griddle and use your spatula to spread it evenly across the surface.
03 - Carefully arrange the frozen sweet potato fries in a single layer. Add them gradually to prevent temperature shock that could damage your griddle.
04 - Let the fries cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until they develop a golden-brown crust on the bottom. If you have a lid, you can close it to help them cook more evenly.
05 - Flip the fries with your spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they're crispy and golden all around.
06 - Sprinkle the hot fries with salt and pepper while they're still on the griddle, then transfer to a serving plate and enjoy immediately!

# Notes:

01 - These fries are at their crispy best when served fresh off the griddle, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 5 days (though they will soften over time).
02 - Feel free to substitute the vegetable oil with any high smoke point alternative like avocado, canola, or coconut oil.
03 - These make the perfect crispy side for burgers, grilled chicken, or any Blackstone-cooked main dish.
