Chocolate Brownie Waffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Batter

01 - 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Toppings

05 - Fresh whipped cream
06 - Fresh strawberries, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Start by plugging in your waffle maker and letting it heat up completely while you prepare the batter.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir everything together until you have a smooth, thick batter with no dry spots remaining.
03 - Once your waffle maker is nice and hot, give it a light spray with cooking spray. Pour about 3/4 cup of batter into the center and gently spread it out. Close the lid and let it cook for around 5 minutes until it's set and slightly crispy on the outside.
04 - Carefully remove your first waffle and place it on a plate, covering with a clean kitchen towel to keep it warm. Repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter to make your other waffles.
05 - Place your warm chocolate waffles on serving plates and top generously with fresh whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Serve immediately while they're still warm and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - These decadent waffles transform ordinary brownie mix into an indulgent breakfast treat that's perfect for weekend mornings or special occasions.
02 - The batter will be thicker than regular waffle batter, which is completely normal and gives you that fudgy brownie texture.
03 - You can make these ahead and reheat them in a toaster for a quick weekday breakfast.
