Spicy Cajun Remoulade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 1 cup mayonnaise
02 - 2 tablespoons grainy or Creole mustard
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced

→ Flavor Elements

04 - 1 tablespoon creamed horseradish
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (like Tony Chachere's)
08 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine all ingredients: mayo, mustard, minced garlic, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and chopped parsley. Stir until everything is well incorporated and smooth.
02 - For best results, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. The sauce can be used immediately, but it tastes even better after the flavors have had time to get to know each other.
