03 - 1/2 head iceberg lettuce (about 4 cups when chopped)
04 - 1 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (about 3/4 of a beefsteak tomato)
05 - 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend

06 - 3 oz crunchy tortilla strips (or crushed tortilla chips)
07 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
08 - 1/2 cup Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Start by getting all your ingredients ready - grate the cheese if not pre-shredded, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and dice your tomatoes. Arrange everything within easy reach for assembly.
02 - Lay out a large flour tortilla and layer it with 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup chicken strips, 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing, 1/2 cup lettuce, 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes, and 1/3 cup tortilla strips.
03 - Carefully fold in both sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create your burrito.
04 - Heat up a skillet over medium heat. Place your burrito seam-side down and grill until golden and crispy, turning to cook all sides evenly.
