Preheat your oven to 350F/180C and spray a 9" X 13" baking pan with non-stick baking spray to prevent sticking.

Pour the chocolate cake mix into your prepared pan, add the melted butter, and stir until everything is well combined.

Evenly sprinkle the chocolate pudding mix over the cake mixture. Then pour the milk all over, trying to cover the surface as evenly as possible. Finally, scatter the chocolate chips on top - use a full cup for an extra indulgent treat!

Bake for 33-38 minutes until the top looks set. A slight jiggle is perfectly fine. This cake is absolutely divine when served warm with a scoop of ice cream!
