02 - 1 cup medjool dates, tightly packed (about 15 dates)
03 - 1/2 cup rolled oats (quick oats work best)
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
06 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (reduce if using salted cashews)

# Instructions:

01 - Add all your ingredients to a food processor and pulse everything together until well combined.
02 - Keep processing the mixture until it transforms into a smooth, sticky dough that holds together beautifully. The texture should be slightly chunky but cohesive enough to roll into balls.
03 - Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the dough into 13-15 equal pieces. Gently roll each portion between your palms to form smooth, round energy balls. They're ready to enjoy immediately!

01 - Make sure to remove the pits from your medjool dates before adding them to the food processor.
