Sweet Cinnamon Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chip Base

01 - 6 medium flour tortillas
02 - 1/4 cup melted butter

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the butter completely in a small bowl or microwave until liquid but not too hot.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon until well blended with no clumps.
04 - Lay each tortilla flat on a work surface. Brush with melted butter, making sure to cover the entire surface. Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
05 - Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice each tortilla into triangles (like pizza slices) and arrange them on your prepared baking sheet, making sure they don't overlap.
06 - Bake for 9-11 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the chips become crispy. You may need to work in batches depending on your baking sheet size.
07 - Transfer the finished chips to a plate or cooling rack while you bake the remaining batches. Let them cool slightly before serving.
