Buttery Sautéed Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of white button mushrooms, sliced into even pieces
02 - Prepared cowboy butter (see separate recipe)
03 - Salt, adjusted to your preference

# Instructions:

01 - Set a large skillet on your stovetop over medium heat and add the cowboy butter, letting it melt completely until it's bubbling gently.
02 - Add your sliced mushrooms to the melted butter and give everything a good stir, making sure each piece gets nicely coated in that flavorful butter.
03 - Let the mushrooms cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, stirring them every now and then, until they turn a beautiful golden brown and become nice and tender.
04 - Move the mushrooms to your serving plate and dig in while they're hot!

# Notes:

01 - Keep any leftovers in a sealed container in your fridge for up to 3 days.
02 - When you're ready to reheat, warm them up in a skillet with a touch of butter or oil over medium heat, or pop them in the microwave for a minute or two, giving them a stir halfway through.
03 - These mushrooms make an excellent side dish alongside grilled steak, roasted chicken, or your favorite roasted vegetables.
