Quick Creamy Garlic Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound raw shrimp (31-40 count), peeled and deveined
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauce

04 - ¾ cup vegetable or chicken stock
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until opaque. Remove to a plate.
02 - In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add stock and simmer until reduced by half.
03 - Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Stir in parmesan cheese.
04 - Return shrimp to the skillet, coat with sauce, and adjust seasonings. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
