# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 200°C with the fan on. This temperature will give you that perfect golden, crispy coating.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, oregano, paprika, garlic granules, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. This mixture will help the coating stick beautifully to your chicken.
03 - Toss your chicken breasts in the seasoned yogurt until they're completely covered. For the easiest method, put everything in a container with a lid and give it a good shake.
04 - Crush your tortilla chips until they're fine crumbs - I like to put them in a bag and bash them with a rolling pin. Then roll each yogurt-coated chicken breast in these crunchy crumbs until well covered.
