# Ingredients:

→ For the Seasoned Beef

01 - 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 pound extra-lean ground beef (90-96% lean)
03 - 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ For the Signature Sauce

09 - 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
10 - 1/4 cup dill pickle brine
11 - 1/4 cup minced dill pickles
12 - 2 tablespoons finely minced white onion
13 - 3 tablespoons ketchup
14 - 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
15 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
16 - Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

→ For the Bowl Assembly

17 - 2 cups frozen shoestring french fries
18 - 10 ounces fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
19 - 7 ounces Roma tomatoes, diced
20 - 1/2 cup white onion, diced
21 - 1 cup dill pickles, roughly chopped
22 - 1 cup thick-cut sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Cook your frozen fries following the package directions using your preferred method. For extra crispiness, try using an air fryer - just spray them lightly with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper before cooking.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a meat masher or wooden spoon. Toss in the diced red onion and season with salt while the meat browns.
03 - Once the beef is about halfway cooked through, stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking until the meat is fully browned and fragrant.
04 - While the meat and fries finish cooking, prepare your fresh ingredients. Dice the tomatoes, chop the lettuce if needed, dice the white onion, and roughly chop the pickles.
05 - In a small mixing bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the mayonnaise, pickle juice, minced pickles, minced onion, ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
06 - Start with a base of crisp lettuce in each bowl, then layer on the seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese, diced onions, fresh tomatoes, chopped pickles, and hot fries. Finish with a generous drizzle of the homemade burger sauce and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For meal prep or storing leftovers, keep the cooked beef and fries in separate containers from the fresh salad ingredients and sauce. This way you can reheat the warm components and add them to the cold ingredients for the perfect temperature contrast, just like a traditional burger.
