Easy Chia Seed Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
02 - 1 cup of your favorite milk (almond milk works wonderfully)
03 - ½ tablespoon pure maple syrup, honey, or your go-to sweetener
04 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (totally optional but adds a lovely flavor)

→ Delicious Toppings

05 - Fresh seasonal berries or any fruit you love
06 - Crunchy granola for texture
07 - A dollop of your favorite nut butter
08 - Whatever toppings make you happy

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl or mason jar and combine the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla if you're using it. If you're using a mason jar, just pop the lid on and give it a good shake to mix everything perfectly together.
02 - Once everything is nicely combined, let your mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then give it another good stir or shake to break up any stubborn chia seed clumps. Cover it up and pop it in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours, or even better, let it work its magic overnight. Your pudding should be beautifully thick and creamy, not watery at all.
03 - If your pudding isn't quite thick enough for your liking, simply stir in about 1 more tablespoon of chia seeds and let it chill in the fridge for another 30 minutes or so until it reaches that perfect creamy consistency.
04 - Top with your favorite fruits, granola, nut butter, or whatever makes your heart happy. This delicious pudding will keep beautifully in the fridge for 5-7 days in an airtight container, making it perfect for meal prep.

# Notes:

01 - For the creamiest results, try using almond milk, cashew milk, or regular dairy milk. If you want something extra rich and indulgent, canned coconut milk will give you an amazingly thick and luxurious pudding.
02 - Want to keep it low-sugar? Feel free to skip the sweetener entirely or use a natural sugar substitute like monk fruit or stevia to suit your taste preferences.
03 - This recipe is absolutely perfect for meal prep - make a big batch on Sunday and you'll have healthy breakfasts ready all week long.
