Easy Strawberry Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cups white chocolate chips
02 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1 tablespoon strawberry jello powder
04 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
05 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - ¾ cup freeze-dried strawberries, roughly chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Get your 8x8 inch baking pan ready by lining it with parchment paper, then give it a light spray with cooking spray. This combo makes removing the fudge a breeze later on.
02 - Grab a medium saucepan and toss in the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, strawberry jello powder, butter, and vanilla. Heat everything over medium-low heat while stirring constantly with a rubber spatula until it's completely smooth and melted together.
03 - Take the pan off the heat and fold in those chopped freeze-dried strawberries. Pour this gorgeous pink mixture into your prepared pan and smooth the top if needed.
04 - Pop the fudge in the fridge for at least 4 hours, though overnight is even better. Once it's completely set, cut it into perfect squares - I like to make 36 bite-sized pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure you're using sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk - they're totally different products and won't give you the same results.
02 - Avoid fat-free sweetened condensed milk as it won't set properly for fudge making.
03 - For clean, professional-looking cuts, dip your knife in hot water, dry it off, then slice through the fudge.
04 - Both the jello powder and freeze-dried strawberries work together to give you that amazing strawberry flavor and lovely pink color.
