Get your 8x8 inch baking pan ready by lining it with parchment paper, then give it a light spray with cooking spray. This combo makes removing the fudge a breeze later on.
02 -
Grab a medium saucepan and toss in the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, strawberry jello powder, butter, and vanilla. Heat everything over medium-low heat while stirring constantly with a rubber spatula until it's completely smooth and melted together.
03 -
Take the pan off the heat and fold in those chopped freeze-dried strawberries. Pour this gorgeous pink mixture into your prepared pan and smooth the top if needed.

Pop the fudge in the fridge for at least 4 hours, though overnight is even better. Once it's completely set, cut it into perfect squares - I like to make 36 bite-sized pieces.
