Quick Strawberry Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh & Sweet

01 - 3 cups fresh strawberries (360g), stems removed and frozen
02 - 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice (maple syrup, white sugar, or xylitol work great)
03 - 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or zest from 1 whole lemon
04 - A tiny pinch of salt (totally optional, but enhances flavor)

# Instructions:

01 - Remove the stems from your strawberries and freeze them until solid (skip this if using already frozen berries).
02 - If you have a powerful blender like a Vitamix, simply add all ingredients and blend until you get that perfect smooth sorbet texture - no ice cream machine needed!
03 - For regular blenders, let the berries thaw slightly until they're soft enough to blend. Once smooth, transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions for churning.
04 - Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately for a softer serve texture, or freeze for about 30 minutes if you prefer a firmer consistency.
