03 - ½ cup canola oil

08 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and soften it for about 15 seconds. Mix in the sifted powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust the texture by adding a splash more milk if it's too thick, or extra powdered sugar if it needs to be thicker.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the funfetti cake mix, water, canola oil, and eggs. Stir everything together until the ingredients are just blended—don't worry about a few lumps.
03 - Heat a griddle or nonstick skillet over medium to medium-low heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Pour about ⅓ cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake. Let them cook for 2 to 4 minutes, watching for the edges to look set and a few bubbles to appear on top. Carefully flip and cook the other side until it turns golden brown, another 2 to 4 minutes.
