# Instructions:

01 - Peel and grate the carrots to your preferred texture - either fine or coarse. Peel the apple (though this is optional) and grate it coarsely. For a quicker preparation, you can use a food processor instead of hand-grating.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, grated apple, honey, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss everything until thoroughly mixed.
03 - You can serve the salad immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
