→ For Cooking

09 - 1 teaspoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Cut your chicken breasts into thin, tender-sized pieces. This helps them cook evenly and absorb more of that delicious Mediterranean flavor.
02 - In a large zip-top bag, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, thyme, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Add the sliced chicken and seal the bag, removing as much air as possible. Gently massage the bag to ensure the chicken is well-coated with the marinade.
03 - Pop the bag in the refrigerator and let those Greek flavors work their magic for at least 30 minutes. For the best flavor experience, you can marinate overnight (up to 24 hours).
04 - Heat the remaining teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken pieces (discard the used marinade). Cook until golden brown on all sides and the internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 7-10 minutes depending on thickness.
05 - These tasty Greek chicken tenders make great leftovers! Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze them for longer storage. They're perfect for quick meal prep additions to wraps, salads, and more.

# Notes:

02 - The Mediterranean flavor profile comes from the classic combination of oregano, thyme, garlic, and balsamic vinegar - simple ingredients that create big flavor!
03 - For a complete meal, serve with a Greek salad and some tzatziki sauce on the side.
