Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or greased foil.

Roll out your crescent dough sheets and cut each one into 4 equal pieces to create 8 rectangles total.

Divide the ham evenly between all 8 dough pieces, then place a cheddar stick on top of the ham on each rectangle.

Fold in the ends of each dough piece first, then roll them up to completely seal the ham and cheese inside. Place seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried onion, and poppy seeds until well combined.

Brush the butter mixture generously over each ham and cheese stick. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until the sticks are golden brown and slightly puffy.

Remove from oven and let cool for just a minute or two before serving. They're delicious while warm and melty!
