Easy Pumpkin Spice Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 shots of freshly pulled espresso (or substitute with half a cup of strong hot coffee)
02 - 1 cup of your favorite milk - oat milk works wonderfully for frothing
03 - 1-2 tablespoons of pure pumpkin puree (begin with just 1 tablespoon)
04 - 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup for natural sweetness
05 - 1 teaspoon warm pumpkin pie spice blend
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Fresh whipped cream for garnish (totally optional but so worth it)

# Instructions:

01 - Add your milk to a small saucepan and warm it over medium-low heat. Keep it hot but don't let it come to a rolling boil - you want it steaming and almost simmering.
02 - Brew your espresso and pour it into a generous mug or large mason jar. Stir in the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until everything is beautifully combined.
03 - Using a milk frother, whip your warm milk for about 30 seconds until it becomes lovely and foamy. Pour the frothed milk over your pumpkin espresso mixture, then spoon the extra foam right on top.
04 - Crown your latte with a dollop of whipped cream if you're feeling indulgent, and finish with a light dusting of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.

# Notes:

01 - Don't have pumpkin pie spice on hand? No worries! Mix together 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon ginger, and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves or allspice for a homemade blend.
02 - This cozy autumn drink is naturally sweetened and makes the perfect morning coffee or afternoon treat to warm you up.
