Start by heating your oven to 350°F so it's nice and toasty when you're ready to bake.

Crack those eggs into a big mixing bowl and give them a gentle beat with your hand mixer until they're well combined.

Toss in your cake mix, melted butter, and milk, then mix everything together until you've got a nice cohesive dough.

Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of dough and drop them onto your baking sheet, making sure to leave about 2 inches of space between each cookie so they have room to spread.

Pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes, watching for the edges to become firm and the tops to develop those lovely little cracks that show they're done.

As soon as they come out of the oven, gently press 3 or 4 M&Ms onto the top of each warm cookie, then let them cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
