Grab a mason jar and pour in the olive oil, mustard, fresh lemon juice, and half of your honey (save the rest for later). Give it a good whisk with a fork until everything comes together beautifully, or just pop the lid on and shake it like you mean it. Taste and add more lemon if you want that extra zing.

In a small bowl, toss those walnut pieces with the remaining honey until they're all glossy and coated. This little touch makes them absolutely irresistible.

For the prettiest presentation, I love using individual bowls. Start with a generous handful of baby spinach in each bowl, then artfully arrange the diced mango, blueberries, your honey walnuts, and crumbled feta on top. Finish with a generous drizzle of that amazing dressing and a few cracks of black pepper.

If you prefer, toss everything together in one large serving bowl with the dressing for a more casual approach. Either way, it's going to be absolutely delicious and everyone will be asking for the recipe.
