Cheesy Chicken Potato Bowls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes, warmed
02 - 1 cup corn kernels, warmed
03 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1 bag (32 oz) cooked chicken tenders
06 - 1 cup brown gravy, warmed
07 - Green onion or fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Start by warming up your mashed potatoes, corn, chicken tenders, and gravy either in the microwave or on the stovetop. Once everything's nice and warm, set your oven to broil.
02 - Grab four oven-safe bowls and divide the mashed potatoes evenly among them. Layer the warm corn on top, then sprinkle both cheeses over everything. Finish by nestling the cooked chicken tenders right on top.
03 - Set all four bowls on a rimmed baking sheet and slide them under the broiler. Let them cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, just until the cheese gets melty and starts to bubble.
04 - Carefully take the bowls out of the oven and generously drizzle warm brown gravy over each one. Scatter some chopped green onion or parsley on top for a fresh pop of color, then serve while everything's piping hot.

# Notes:

01 - Perfect for meal prep - just assemble the bowls ahead of time without broiling them, cover tightly, and keep refrigerated. When you're ready to eat, simply broil until heated through.
02 - Want extra crispy chicken? Toss those tenders in an air fryer instead of using the broiler for an even crunchier texture.
03 - Don't have time to make gravy from scratch? A high-quality jarred brown gravy works beautifully and saves you precious time.
04 - Easy vegetarian swap - replace the chicken tenders with plant-based chicken strips or try crispy roasted chickpeas for a protein-packed meatless version.
