01 -
Start by warming up your mashed potatoes, corn, chicken tenders, and gravy either in the microwave or on the stovetop. Once everything's nice and warm, set your oven to broil.
02 -
Grab four oven-safe bowls and divide the mashed potatoes evenly among them. Layer the warm corn on top, then sprinkle both cheeses over everything. Finish by nestling the cooked chicken tenders right on top.
03 -
Set all four bowls on a rimmed baking sheet and slide them under the broiler. Let them cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, just until the cheese gets melty and starts to bubble.
04 -
Carefully take the bowls out of the oven and generously drizzle warm brown gravy over each one. Scatter some chopped green onion or parsley on top for a fresh pop of color, then serve while everything's piping hot.
