No-bake peanut butter treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - ½ cup creamy natural peanut butter (just peanuts + salt)
02 - 3 tablespoons honey
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
05 - ¼ cup flaxseed meal
06 - ¼ cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut

→ Mix-ins

07 - 2 tablespoons raisins
08 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
09 - ¼ cup M&M's (or your favorite chocolate covered candies)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
02 - Add the rolled oats, flaxseed meal and shredded coconut to the bowl. Mix everything together until fully combined.
03 - Gently fold in the raisins, mini chocolate chips and M&M's until they're evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
04 - Using a medium cookie scoop or your hands, portion the dough and roll into 10 balls. Place them in an airtight container.
05 - Keep these energy bites in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze them for up to 2 months.
