In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Add the rolled oats, flaxseed meal and shredded coconut to the bowl. Mix everything together until fully combined.

Gently fold in the raisins, mini chocolate chips and M&M's until they're evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Using a medium cookie scoop or your hands, portion the dough and roll into 10 balls. Place them in an airtight container.
