01 - 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
02 - 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
03 - 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
04 - 1/3 cup fish sauce
05 - 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
06 - 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the chicken broth, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce and lime juice in a small food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Use as a flavorful dipping sauce, drizzle over salad or toss with your favorite stir fry ingredients.
