No Bake Protein Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1½ cups rolled oats (or quick-cooking oats work perfectly too)
02 - ½ cup chocolate protein powder
03 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
06 - ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 3 tablespoons milk of your choice

→ Mix-ins

09 - ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the oats into your food processor and pulse them on high speed until they're finely ground and look just like flour. This usually takes about 30-45 seconds of blending.
02 - Add everything else except those chocolate chips right into the food processor with your oat flour. Blend it all together until the mixture starts pulling away from the sides and forms into a nice cohesive ball. If it looks a bit too crumbly and dry, just add another tablespoon of milk and blend again.
03 - Transfer your mixture to a mixing bowl and gently stir in those mini chocolate chips by hand until they're evenly distributed throughout.
04 - Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, divide the mixture into 18 equal portions and roll each one into smooth, compact balls. Each ball should be about 2 tablespoons worth of mixture.
