01 - 1 medium cauliflower head
02 - ½ cup melted butter
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 cup Italian or plain breadcrumbs
05 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Remove all leaves from the cauliflower head. Cut it into florets that are roughly the same size. You can slice larger florets in half if needed for consistency.
03 - Melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in the minced garlic.
04 - In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
05 - Dip each cauliflower piece into the garlic butter first, then into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
06 - Place each breaded piece on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between pieces.
07 - Roast the cauliflower for 30 to 32 minutes, or until the breading turns golden brown and crispy.
