Preheat your oven to 400℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove all leaves from the cauliflower head. Cut it into florets that are roughly the same size. You can slice larger florets in half if needed for consistency.

Melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in the minced garlic.

In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

Dip each cauliflower piece into the garlic butter first, then into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.

Place each breaded piece on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between pieces.

Roast the cauliflower for 30 to 32 minutes, or until the breading turns golden brown and crispy.
