04 - 1/2 cup (113g) heavy cream, cold from the fridge

05 - 1/4 cup (85g) strawberry jam or preserves

06 - Graham crackers, broken into pieces for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the confectioner's sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Take your time here to get rid of any lumps for the silkiest texture.
