Grab a large mixing bowl and pour in your cereal. Keep it nearby - you'll need it soon for the chocolatey goodness.

Put your white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, then give it a good stir. Keep microwaving in 30-second bursts, stirring between each round, until you have smooth, creamy melted chocolate. Drizzle this over your cereal and gently fold everything together, making sure each piece gets coated without crushing the cereal. Transfer the whole mixture into a large gallon-sized zip bag.

Toss your freeze-dried strawberries into a spice grinder or food processor and pulse until they become a fine, fragrant powder. The kitchen will smell amazing!

Add your strawberry powder and powdered sugar right into the bag with your chocolate-coated cereal. Seal it up tight and shake like you mean it! Keep going until every single piece is beautifully coated in that pink, sweet mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread your coated cereal in a single layer. Pop it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate firms up. Once it's set, store in an airtight container and try not to eat it all at once!
