Healthy Summer Frozen Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces of fresh, perfectly ripe strawberries
02 - 2 cups of rich, full-fat plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1/4 cup of pure honey for natural sweetness

# Instructions:

01 - Toss those beautiful strawberries into your blender or food processor and blend them on high speed until you've got a smooth, velvety puree. Once you've achieved that perfect consistency, add in your creamy Greek yogurt and golden honey, then continue blending until everything comes together in perfect harmony.
02 - Carefully pour your gorgeous pink mixture into each popsicle mold, making sure to fill them evenly. Gently insert the popsicle sticks, then place them in the freezer for at least 5 hours, though overnight works beautifully for the firmest results.
03 - When you're ready to enjoy these frozen treats, simply run the popsicle molds under warm water until the pops feel loose and ready to slide out. You'll end up with 10 perfectly sized 3-ounce popsicles that are absolutely irresistible.

# Notes:

01 - If your popsicle mold doesn't come with built-in stick slots, don't worry! Just freeze the mixture for about two hours until it's partially set, then carefully slide the sticks right into the center of each pop. They should stand up on their own, then just pop them back in the freezer for another three hours until they're completely solid.
