→ Main Cocktail

01 - 4 oz vanilla-flavored vodka
02 - 4 oz Irish cream liqueur (like Baileys)
03 - 4 oz half-and-half cream
04 - 2 oz amaretto liqueur
05 - 2 teaspoons agave syrup
06 - ¼ teaspoon almond extract
07 - Ice cubes, as needed

→ For Decorating

08 - Extra agave syrup for rimming glasses
09 - Rainbow sprinkles or cinnamon sugar
10 - Whipped cream for topping
11 - Mini sugar cookies (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Take your martini glasses and brush a light coat of agave syrup around the rim of each one. Roll the sticky rim through sprinkles or cinnamon sugar until it's nicely coated. Set them aside while you mix the drinks.
02 - Grab your cocktail shaker and pour in the vanilla vodka, Irish cream, half-and-half, amaretto, agave syrup, and almond extract. Toss in a generous handful of ice cubes, then seal the shaker tight.
03 - Give the shaker a really good shake for about 20-30 seconds. You'll know it's ready when the outside of the shaker feels ice cold in your hands.
04 - Strain the creamy cocktail into your prepared glasses. Top each one with a swirl of whipped cream, a sprinkle of colorful decorations, and pop a mini cookie on top if you're feeling fancy. Serve right away while it's perfectly chilled.

# Notes:

01 - This recipe makes 2 generous cocktails perfect for sharing or enjoying one after another!
02 - Nutritional values are estimates per serving and don't include the rim decorations or whipped cream topping.
03 - You can swap whole milk for the half-and-half if you want a lighter version, or use butter extract instead of almond extract for a different flavor twist.
