Easy No Bake Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Creamy Base

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
02 - 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
03 - 1/2 cup milk (2% or whole)
04 - 12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed

→ Cake & Topping

05 - 1 store-bought angel food cake (9-inch), already baked
06 - 2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a large mixing bowl and beat the softened cream cheese with the confectioners' sugar using a hand mixer until it's nice and fluffy. Slowly pour in half the milk and blend until everything's smooth, then add the rest of the milk and mix again until well combined.
02 - Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into your cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate it - you want to keep it light and airy.
03 - Tear the angel food cake into bite-sized chunks and gently fold them into the creamy mixture until everything is evenly coated. The cake pieces should be distributed throughout.
04 - Transfer the cake mixture to a 9x13-inch glass baking dish and smooth it out into an even layer using a spatula.
05 - Spread the cherry pie filling over the top in an even layer. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge until you're ready to serve. This dessert is best when it's had time to chill and set up.

# Notes:

02 - Keep any leftover portions covered in the refrigerator and enjoy within 4 days for best quality.
03 - The bright red cherries on top of the white fluffy base is what gives this dessert its 'Snow' name - it's as pretty as it is delicious!
