Heat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan to prevent sticking.

On a floured work surface, roll out the defrosted puff pastry and slice it into 24 even squares, about 3 inches each. Gently press each square into the mini muffin cups to form little pastry shells.

Place one cube of brie into each pastry shell. Add about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the cheese, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Transfer the muffin pan to the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the pastry turns golden brown and crispy, and the cheese becomes melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top each warm bite with a small sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme. Serve immediately while still warm and gooey.
