# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ripe avocado
02 - 2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas
03 - 2 garlic cloves
04 - 2 tablespoons tahini
05 - 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
06 - ⅓ large lemon, juiced
07 - 2 ice cubes
08 - Splash of ice cold water
09 - Sea salt to taste

10 - Red chili flakes
11 - Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Add the peeled and pitted avocado, cooked chickpeas, garlic cloves, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt to your food processor or blender.
02 - Process everything until you get a creamy purée. If the mixture seems too thick, add the ice cubes and a splash of ice-cold water, then blend again until smooth and silky.
03 - Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and create a well in the center using the back of a spoon. Garnish with a sprinkle of red chili flakes and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
04 - Serve your avocado hummus with fresh vegetable sticks, warm pita chips, or spread it in a sandwich for a delicious, healthy treat!
