Holiday Green Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cups premium white chocolate chips (about 2 eleven-ounce bags)
02 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, clear preferred
04 - 2 drops lime green gel food coloring
05 - 16 mini red candy hearts for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Get your 8-inch square baking pan ready by lining it completely with parchment paper, making sure to cover the bottom and all sides for easy removal later.
02 - Combine the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Heat gently over medium-low heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Keep stirring until everything melts into a smooth, creamy mixture.
03 - Remove from heat and quickly stir in the vanilla extract and green food coloring until you achieve that perfect Grinch-green color throughout the mixture.
04 - Pour the green fudge mixture into your prepared pan and smooth it out evenly. While it's still soft, gently press the red candy hearts on top in a 4x4 pattern so each piece will have one heart when cut. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
05 - Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and transfer to a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to cut into 16 equal squares. Arrange on a festive platter and enjoy your holiday treats!

# Notes:

01 - For the most vibrant Grinch color, use clear vanilla extract instead of the amber-colored variety
02 - If your fudge turns out too sweet for your taste, add just a pinch of salt to balance the flavors
03 - Work quickly when spreading the fudge as it begins to set as soon as you remove it from heat
04 - This festive treat is perfect for holiday parties and makes wonderful homemade gifts
