Halloween Crescent Roll Hats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - One 8-ounce tube of refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
04 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
05 - 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese

→ For Decorating

06 - 4 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced into thin strips
07 - 8 black olives, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Start by heating your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
02 - Pop open the crescent roll tube and gently pull apart each triangle. Take the wider end and roll it inward a couple of times to create the hat's brim, then softly round out the pointed ends to give them that classic witch hat shape. Do this with every triangle.
03 - Grab a small mixing bowl and whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until everything is nicely blended. Use a pastry brush to coat each shaped crescent roll with this flavorful butter mixture, then dust the tops with the grated Parmesan.
04 - Slide the baking sheet into your preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, keeping an eye on them until they turn a beautiful golden brown color.
05 - Take the witch hats out of the oven and let them cool down completely on the baking sheet before you start decorating.
06 - Once cooled, arrange a strip of cheddar cheese on each hat to create the hatband, then top it with a slice of black olive to make the buckle. Your festive witch hats are ready to enjoy!
